1. ในการตรวจรับงาน สามารถถ่ายภาพ Defect ในแต่จุด และบันทึกภาพ Before &
After ที่แก้เสร็จได้
2. ระบบรองรับการอัพโหลด Floor Plan แยกตามชั้น แยกตามอาคาร และแยกตามงวดงานที่ตรวจรับได้
3. ระบบบันทึกลายเซ็นต์ยืนยันการแจ้งปัญหาหรือการตรวจรับงานได้
4. ระบบสามารถออกแบบฟอร์ม เพื่อแจ้งแก้ไขงานกับผู้รับเหมาได้
5. มีระบบแจ้งเตือน (Notification) รายการตรวจสอบในแต่ละงวดงาน
6. สามารถแสดงรายงาน Status ของแต่ละห้อง ในแต่ละชั้นได้

1. Digitally record defects information and images and organized them in Before & After style
2. Manage and assign floor plan / building plan for inspections via our management console
3. Handling digital signatures during the client inspection session
4. Issue reports for suppliers based on categorized reported defects
5. Notify suppliers and contractors via push notification upon matching defects being submitted
6. Provide a summary of delivery progress of each room and floor
7. Defect summary reporting for viewing frequency of reported issues by defected type
